Our role is to operate as an Estate Manager, Project Manager and Personal Assistant. We coordinate all maintenance and care on your behalf.
Imagine if someone else worried about the opening the house, stocking the pantry, ensuring the car is inspected, the snow is removed and there are not any burst pipes.
Once a client decides they need help we schedule an initial phone call. The second meeting can be an virtual call or an on site where we can walk through weekly/monthly needs. Whether it is weekly checks, monthly inspections, oversight of renovation being done or prepping for guests I am here to support your vision.
We customize a plan and the number of hours needed. We review said plan to ensure nothing was missed. We discuss hourly rates and start times. Once we agree on the details I can get started making things more manageable so you, your family and guests can simply arrive .

Jess was raised Rumson and Clinton, New Jersey in houses where
the the details that made a home feel serene - were never an afterthought. She applies her experience maintaining these historic homes to every property she manages.
After renovating multiple residences across New England, she now brings her extensive hands-on experience to the homes on the
